Mr Jackson and his son installed basement egress window. Work was professionally done and competitively priced. The Jacksons were a pleasure to do business with. They took great care to protect the interior of the home and left the job site very clean. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and the overall experience.

My first time to hire anyone from an online service and it's contractors like J.S. Jackson that has me SOLD. Everyone else recommended had no clue what I needed and Kevin barely "blinked" at the task over the phone and in person handled the work like a pro. I was so impressed with their good old fashioned customer service and work ethics I had to pay them a little more. Its too bad they only do windows, doors and kitchens.

They came out to give me an estimate on a new sliding glass door without me having to be present. Then they contacted me and also sent me via email a copy of the estimate and went over any questions I had. They were able to install that week (which I did need right away). They were on time, neat, cleared out everything, friendly, and the price for the work they did was great. They did an excellent job. Wish I would have known of them last year when I needed two windows replaced. I will be using them for any future work that I need.

I originally called JS Jackson to install a pocket door. However, ended up having the doorway enlarged. They did an EXCELLENT job in less time than was estimated. I also have babies so asked them to be neat and they exceeded my expectations with cleanliness. I had 2 walls demolished (two doorways enlarged) and yet the dust was very little -- I noticed they cleaned up after every little part was completed. They were very polite and professional, and their cost was very reasonable.
