Kevin, from J. S. Jackson Construction, installed drainage pipes connected to two existing basement windows to prevent their wells from overflowing in heavy rain. After getting a quote from another company for $10k for way more work than was required, Kevin’s reasonable approach (to tap into the existing French drain) and much less insane price ($600/drain) was much appreciated. It’s rained a several times since the drainage system was installed and so far it’s working great. J.S. Jackson Construction completed the work—from quote to installation—in a timely manner and Kevin is friendly and great to work with.

Satisfied with both jobs and am using the co.for additional work.

I just had a egress window installed in my basement (work completed Sept 3rd 2019) and found this company to be professional, personal and the work was OUTSTANDING (more than i expected) I shopped my job before contracting with JS and also found their pricing to be very competitive. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

This is the real deal! They know exactly what they were doing!! They are a family business and very friendly and professional. They came out gave me a great estimate and explained exactly how they would do it. They showed up on time and in less than 5 hours I had an egress window installed in my basement. When they were done, the yard and mulch area, and inside of the house didn't look like they were ever there. They far exceeded my expectations!!!!!

Pleasure to work with. I had a previous contractor come out and try and install an egress window that was installed incorrectly and without the proper permitting. J.S. Jackson came out and assessed the work and was able to fix the issues and give me a functional, legal egress window. He was able to reuse the well and window that were already installed, saving cost of fixing the previous contractors work. Definitely Recommend.

I have not had the work done yet. I will finish the survey once they have finished the work. I will tell you that I tried to get 3 estimates. I talked with Roger Cole and was unhappy with him. He kept calling. I told him he could not use a back-hoe. I made an appt for Monday and he showed up on Friday the week before. He told the owner he could not do the work because he could not use his machine. I would give him a zero. Kevin with JS Jackson was on time and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.That is why I am going with JS Jackson

Kevin was great. Did an excellent job installing our egress window.

We needed to install a custom egress window as the existing steel well rusted out completely. We hired JS Jackson Construction to finish the project. They ordered a custom window for us and installed in one day. My only little issue that they weren't always available to answer calls and didn't notify me right away about the arrival of the custom well to their warehouse. Overall, very pleased!

Kevin did a great job at a reasonable price! He explained the job and provided a detailed explanation of the permit, job process, and discussed several options that I was not aware of. The day he performed the job, they were on time did a great job and left everything cleaned! Overall great service, I would definitely hire him again!

Amazing! We run a home Daycare and needed 2 egress windows installed. This could have been a problem due to the noise and children's nap times. Not only did they work with us to provide minimal disruption, but they also worked through 2 days of torrential rain and mud to accomplish it on time. It is now one year later and we have had no issues with the installations and are very satisfied.

I'm very happy with the results. They did the work in about 3 1/2hours,. Amazing since the cinder block had to be cut. The inside and outside trim looks perfect. Everything was cleaned up afterward. I'd use J S Jackson again.
