Description of Work: I used Finest Floors for hardwood floors.

Description of Work: We have used Finest Floors twice now, once at our main home and once at a rental property. I left a review for the work they did at our main house and felt incline to leave another review for the work Dustin and his group did at our rental property in Manassas. The property as hardwood floors on the entire upstairs level. There were some areas stained heavily and Dustin was very up front about the anticipated results. Dustin and his crew sanded down all floors and refinished just with clear stain. I was a bit worried that the natural look wouldn't provide much "punch", but much to my surprise the floors look great and have quite a bit of interesting and unique color. (see photos .. if I can figure out how to upload...). The areas that were previously stained came out very good ... stains essentially gone. I would certainly use Finest Floors again. Dustin is great to work with, very polite, friendly and accommodating.

Description of Work: We hired Finest Floors to refinish the hardwood floors on the main level in our home. I contacted Dustin with Finest Floors to setup an appointment to come see the job. We setup an appointment for a couple days later and Dustin met me at my house. Dustin was on time, very polite and courteous. He had several suggestions on how to refinish certain problem areas. We went through several variations on how to address each area, whether to use stain or just strip and apply clear sealer, ie natural. With Dustin's help, we decided to go with a brown stain to match an adjacent room. The floors came out great and we are very happy. We would recommend Finest Floors and would certainly use them again.
