Fantastic! Daniel truly has a talent for this job. He is very knowledgeable, and certainly an expert. Some of the trees that we had were very dangerous, very close to our home & leaning over our home. He was able to remove them safely & efficiently. I have reccomended them to everyone in our neighborhood & beyond because we were so pleased with the work. Living in a very wooded community we have come across a lot of tree companies, and Daniel stands out far above the rest because of his honesty & trustworthiness. Wonderful company, wonderful people.

They were amazing. Fast, efficient, and careful. We have, unfortunately, seen a lot of trees taken down in our neighborhood. We have not seen anybody do it as well as the group from Family Tree Experts.

Provider provided timely response and gave written estimate. When I called a few days later to schedule work the phone had been disconnected/didn't work. I thought there might have been a technical problem so I sent an e-mail stating that I was interested in having him doing the work. That was over a week ago and have had no response. I had the job done by another company.

The guy was wonderful. They were good. I have also recommended them to somebody else.

These guys, especially Dan, are excellent. Dan goes out of his way to get things done just as you want. Dan even does work beyond what you asked for in order to produce a more satisfactory outcome. I will continue using Family Tree Experts, and highly recommend them.

Dan is a very laid back man, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about more than trees and plants, very clear in his explanations. In short, he was not a "high pressure used car salesman." He came today to inspect a tree just on my neighbor's side of the property line to evaluate the possibility of the tree falling. That was what I asked him to come out to do, and then I asked if he could walk around with me and look at trees on my property that I'm worried for. He identified the trees that need work, and told me that not all of them did. He also described why, in detail, for all of them. I asked him to look at other trees, and most of them were fine, but a few did need some help because they'll split if not stabilized, or that need trimming to maintain them. He identified trees around the yard for me. He answered all questions in ways that I could understand. He gave me information that will help me have a beautiful yard that includes my love of native plants and trees. I know this is a book, but the time he spent here has proved extremely beneficial to my knowledge of the plants and trees around my yard. I will be adding to this after he comes to do the work he gave me estimates for.

Dan Walter was by far the most professional of the operations we contacted. He provided a detailed written estimate with charges separated out by tree/bush. He was extremely knowledgeable. Our only concern was that his price was significantly higher than the other two estimates we obtained. That being said, the work we ended up receiving from another company was not ideal. Perhaps the more costly service would have been worth it!

Our first connection was just luck. For future jobs we only hired this company. As I said before, they are professional, kind, personable, and know what they are doing.

Great tree work, great clean-up, and did extra bobcat work. Dan and his crew are great, A+
