Went fine, scheduling was not quite up to my standards. I prefer a date be given to me and I just received emails that they would be out some time during the week and then because of weather it got pushed back. I understand the nature of the business so it wasn't an issue.

My husband wasn't very happy. He wasn't satisfied. He said he didn't do a good job on it. It took a while to get him because he was so busy. If there's something to improve, I think my husband would say that the hole that he dug wasn't good enough. He could improve on the punching of the holes on the ground better. My husband thought it was a good price and good service. He wasn't complaining but he wished it was better. He took a while to get back to us. He was here when he was supposed to.

Things went great and smooth. If I have one complaint it was that I had to reach out to schedule the service. Possibly my error since this is the first time I've used a coupon purchase and unaware of any protocols in play. This is the tiniest of not-picks and by no way hindered the quality of service.

Julio came out and met with me and discussed the project, which was not what they typically do as they were coming in in the middle of a job rather than doing it all. He gave me some useful advice on how to get things up to speed for his team to come in and do their part, and once I was ready for them they scheduled it quickly and completed the work in an efficient, professional manner.

Very well; however I had to pay additional for mulching and opted to dispose of the clippings myself rather than pay an additional fee for them to dispose. I would have liked the initial quote to include mulching since that is usually what is required to properly finish the work.

ET wanted to schedule the work for a week later than I wanted; but when I explained that I couldn't even get an insurance estimate on deck-damage until debris was cleared away, he said he'd move appointments around to accommodate me for the following day. The next day he and his crew showed up early to begin work. Branches were sawed off and hauled away, and the tree trunks were cut into movable sizes and stacked against the perimeter of my property. Work continued throughout the following day--removing additional leaves and debris and filling the many holes & ditches caused by the crash of trees to the ground. After two days of work, the place was cleared and immaculately clean. (Of course, patches of grass will need to be replanted.) Julio also recommended the removal of other trees imminently threatening my own and my neighbor's houses, whether or not we used his services. I accepted his offer to remove two such trees from my property (one of which was scheduled during the clean-up, the other to be performed within the week--separate costs, not included in the clean-up. I couldn't be happier with the results.

That was a mixed experience. It started all pretty good. Unfortunately, one of the guys that owns the company cut his hand and had to go to the hospital which screwed everything up. So the rest of the time that the guys were here, probably, I think I hired them for four hours. For two hours, there were two guys just sitting on my front lawn basically doing nothing. Because of that, like I said, it was a mixed experience. That's questionable if I would use them again in the future.

I have called you several times at the day I had you on schedule to let you know, that we will be arriving late. It went to your voicemail, which was full every time I called. I even texted you. Anyway, my crew arrived to your house, ready to perform your work. You met with one of my crew leaders, who you explained the work that you needed to have done. You told him that you needed all the work that you require completely finished. He replied, "Sir, we will work hard for the 8 hours that you purchased. We will do our best to get it done." Then you told him again, "Are you guys going to get it done?" He replied back, "Once again sir, I will do my best. We work hard, and we will work your 8 hours without stopping, but I can't promise that I can." Then you said, "Wrap it up, and leave." Then I called you and texted you again. You never replied, but here you are with your review. That day, I completed a few other customer's 8 hour deal, and believe me, each of them reached out to me to thank me, and that the work we performed was amazing. I wish you the best."

Julio and his crew arrived 5 minutes early and were ready to work. We purchased the deal for 1 crew for 8 hours or 2 crew members for 4 hours. Julio showed up with a 7-8 crew and got the work done in 1.5 hours - which was amazing. He walked the property with my fiance and they discussed what we needed to be removed and cleaned and julio even provided us quotes for additional work for the future (which we really appreciated and will probaly use). I would highly recommend Julio.

They just showed up without calling or contacting me in advance. As a result I was unable to ensure they performed the work on my property and I wanted to put top soil on top of the seed. I really wished they would have called me first.

They came when they said they would and performed the services. Used a blower on the sidewalks and driveways, which was nice. I would have liked to have reserved judgement on Quality for after the seed actually starts growing, as I have had problems in the past with overseeding and the use of weed contaminated seed. Crossing fingers.

He was a no-show, and worse yet, he forgot about my appointment (which was the date HE scheduled) as he went away for the weekend. If I had known he wanted to leave town that day, I could have made alternate arrangements for a different date. He didn't contact me until AFTER the appointment time. I waited around all day for him to show up. Not very professional.
