+ -1 moreOnce they start it's a marathon. They work fast. You do however need to pay attention as sometimes they will make small changes which they deem and quot;betterand quot;, but may not be what you had in mind. Grant you, they are often right....but if you're on site, it would be nice to be consulted. Final clean-up can sometimes be insufficient, but otherwise good work at fair price.
Description of Work: Used them for various projects over the past 6-8 years. Have yet to hear back on the latest request for a quote (3 weeks now I think?) Small company. Good work, usually fair prices. But a bit quirky and slow to get back with you. Needs lots of follow-thru/nagging by client to get started. Once started they are GREAT! (Impression is that he doesn't like the preliminaries/pricing/paperwork part) Once actually start the work, then they are fast & good....it's just getting the prelimiaries out of the way, which can be like pulling-teeth.

+ -1 moreWe purchased a home with a rehab loan and B and R did all the inside contracting work. The overall loan process was exhausting, but well worth it. Band R Contracting did a great job. They came in on estimate and kept us informed through the whole process. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: We purchased a home with a rehab loan and B & R did all the inside contracting work, they did a fantastic job! They were fair and completed on time. We were so happy to move into our updated home.
