+ -1 moreI have been using the company for about 30 years. They are a very honest company and know what they are doing. They will not sell you unnecessary services. They are a small company with 2 technicians. They are both professional, efficient and polite. I have had no issues with scheduling and they always show up when they say they will.
Description of Work: We have them out every 6 months to maintain our heating and cooling units.

+ -1 moreWe have a maintenance contract with them. The owner's name is George Dennis. We have been using him for 20 about years. He is very honest. I have recommended them to friends. He is coming again soon to check out my air conditioning.
Description of Work: I used Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating. They come twice a year to check and make sure everything is okay.

+ -1 moreThe technician’s name is George. He is just great. He is fair, honest, kind, and very competent. He explains things to us. He is totally trustworthy. We had a leak sometime back and the plumbers made it worse. George came out and spent the whole day fixing the mess. He didn’t charge us for everything. We have been using him for years. He is the best.
