+ -1 moreSammy did a quality job in regards to the carpentry work to repair the front porch columns. He also did a great job with painting the columns and woodwork. I was very pleased with the quality of his work. I was planning on utilizing Sammy for additional work, but, due to budget constraints (and an unexpected and LARGE septic issue), I was unable to move forward with other items which required carpentry and other maintenance attention....The only reason that I gave Sammy a "B" rating for price is that you will pay for the high quality of his work (which is exceptional work). I would recommend utilizing Sammy for any high quality job (i.e., a job that you do not want to sacrifice quality) involving woodwork, etc.
Description of Work: Sammy Greer is the person behind 5th Dimension At Your Service. Sammy repaired rotten wood on two front porch columns. Painted all front porch columns. Painted wood trim around front door. Removed all caulk around exterior windows and doors. Re-caulked all exterior windows and doors.
