Terrible... the quality of the sod was poor overall, the communication was poor, the service was poor. We called multiple times and the supervisor did not return phone calls. We had 10 pallets delivered and only 1 1/2 were good. We were told it needed to be watered for two weeks, and then it would be green. It has only partially come in. We asked for some of the sod to be replaced and were told they would do that and they never came out to do so and never called. The office staff and installers were very good and efficient. Would not recommend this company and are disappointed in Angie's List for recommending them.

Easy to work with. Tough to get in touch with occasionally as they're very busy, but always called back fairly quick regarding posed questions. Slight adaptation to play for pipe under driveway as it's wide, so piped around house through back yard (so potential for future expansion) with no price change. Job done fairly quickly and the guys were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with questions & inquiries. Provided quick hands-on demo of programming and describing functionality of system. First winterization included with install. Very satisfied so far, especially given the special timed pricing, which happened to be $300 less than nearest competitor.

I called him in and then when I Googled him up, I had seen that he was a part of Angie’s List. So, I hired him. I was just making sure. It was a good company and I would definitely do business with him again, but I would still make sure that he is a part of Angie’s List before I would use him again. The cost of $866.99 was just for the repair of what the tree company destroyed in my yard. It does not include the aeration job he did for me which I paid myself separately which was $200. I went over the problem. I was kind of upset, but when I called him that Monday, I got to give him credit because he came right out and took care of the problem that day.

They were very good, they mowed the lawn, edged the lawn and cleaned up all of the trimmings. The same thing was true when they trimmed our shrubs, trimmed everything and cleaned up when they were done. We were very pleased with all the work they did.

The service was great. They are very professional and knowledgeable and do a good job. They are very responsive when you are in trouble.

I was very pleased with his work and the price was good. He was punctual and did exactly what he told me he would do. He was very accommodating and flexible.

They are just a small mom and pop service. I liked them and used them because they had great prices. They got the job done with no hassles. They are not really a 21st century type of business, but they are good at what they do. The only bad thing is it is hard to schedule a time to get them out here because they are always so busy.
