They did exactly what I needed and requested. They could have used some additional plywood to prevent the large trucks from cracking several of the slate walkway stones, but I should have had them remove them first.

Pavers around the new deck really set the deck off. Absolutely gorgeous! My friends can't believe the transformation.

Our initial request was for new gravel added and an expansion of the driveway area. Keith met with us and was a good listener to what our ideas were & gave suggestions. Then we asked about another project on our 'someday list'; a walkway to connect a front door which had only yard leading to it, and continue around the end of the house in curves that would also serve as a border between the flower beds against the house and the yard, connect the driveway, another sun-room door, and end at an existing sidewalk in the back. It would both make a connecting walkway & raise it up above areas that puddle badly with rain. Keith drew up a plan (painted it in our yard!) so we could walk it and see it. We agreed that this would be the scope of work we contracted for. Now we were excited with this vision! The ONLY thing that keeps this from being a complete 5 start review was the gap in communication from the time we agreed until the time the project started and that was just communication. We did resolve that, it was never bad communication, it was the lack of it, the not knowing part for us concerning the schedule. We talked to them about this & they responded great after that. So I would say if you have any questions along the way, you may have to give them a call, this was our only constructive feedback for improvement to them, customer communication while waiting. Once work was started and as it progressed, we also brought up another project from the 'list'-a raised bed for gardening. As an add on project which we had them do, I have to say it is my favorite!! I will enjoy this one every day, vegetables were planted within a week and are growing nicely in my reachable, manageable, weed free beautiful 24 by 5 foot bed. It is magnificent!! I highly recommend this to anyone considering a raised bed. Thank you Keith and crew!!!! A bonus was that it was completed on my birthday :) Debbie & Thomas M in Hayes

Keith is awesome and his crew are tops. They removed trees and shrubs, cleaned up the yard, planted new shrubs and flowers, mulched my flower beds along with making my patio pretty too in just 6 hours. Half way through the project I made some plant changes and Keith was right on it. Didn't even solw him down. I will definitely use them again for any lawn project and I recommend them highly!

Work hasn't started yet. Perhaps in May.

I had to have approximately 1/2 acre of leaves, pine straw, and branches cleaned up. Met within budget and also project completed on time.

Year Round Lawn Maintenance did a quality job on installation of a stone paver patio. However, installation of a lawn irrigation system was below average. They did not keep me informed of their work schedule which was erratic. Some days they didn't even show up and didn't bother to inform me. They failed to pull a permit for the irrigation work and were not aware of a $500 tapping fee that was owed to the County.

A good company to do yard work if you do not have time. I hired this company for few projects which I could not handle at the same time. Mr. K. Marriott and his crew members are easy to listen to customer (like me) while working around my yard, such as change that way or do the other method,... Thanks and would recommend and will hire them again as needed.

They weren't just a 5, they were a 10! They were in touch with us within a short time of our Home Advisor inquiry. Their estimate was so reasonable, we were blown away - and actually decided to do a little more, since our new house was in serious need if yard help. Keith's suggestions were spot on and his crew - Mike and TJ - we're just great. Weather caused some delays in the schedule, but they were at our house when promised and put in a day's work for our money. Our new landscape is fantastic - our neighbors are asking for their number and we couldn't be happier to pas the info along,

The technician called me immediately to make an appointment. He was on time to do the repair. I would hire them again if needed.

Very responsive. Came on Saturday of July 4th long weekend. Stopped the water leak and returned the following Monday to fix the problem.
