Work was great...however they were a no show for follow up appt to explain system..how to operate it, set it up etc. Have not heard from them since paying them...

Keith and his team were hard working throughout the project. He solved several problems with patience great solutions. I felt the price was worth the work and materials. My patio and yard look very nice. I feel like my home is now complete. I am very glad to have worked with Year Round.

Easy to work with. Tough to get in touch with occasionally as they're very busy, but always called back fairly quick regarding posed questions. Slight adaptation to play for pipe under driveway as it's wide, so piped around house through back yard (so potential for future expansion) with no price change. Job done fairly quickly and the guys were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with questions & inquiries. Provided quick hands-on demo of programming and describing functionality of system. First winterization included with install. Very satisfied so far, especially given the special timed pricing, which happened to be $300 less than nearest competitor.

Having “inherited” an irrigation system from former homeowners we had no information on it and knew nothing about it. Keith took the time to explain the controller to us as well as to locate and inspect the valve. He was personable and enjoyable to work with. I will definitely use this company again.

The crew at Year Round Lawn Maintenance, Inc. did a fantastic job for me this week! They assessed the state of my back yard - after it had been the outside playground for 5 large dogs for almost a year. The constant running and racing of all of the dogs had played havoc with the topsoil - as the property is on a slope. The topsoil had eroded and with each rain more and more of it washed down the hill. Year Round Lawn Maintenance, Inc. provided a professional assessment - with options. They installed downspout drains that look professional and sleek and leveled my back and side yards - and installed sod. They also constructed a short rock border along the backside of my deck - so I can place flower planters inside that space - complete with a retaining wall. All in all they did a splendid job - and I would highly recommend them!
