Initially very cautious of contractors we found out very quickly that we could trust Darvie and his crew. They do incredible work, very reasonably priced, work quickly, super honest and straight forward. 10/10, you really couldn't ask for a better contractor.

+ 0 moreDONT HIRE HIM, DONT HIRE HIME, DONT HIRE HIM, DO NOT HIRE HIM, DO NOT HIRE HIM STARTED OFF GOOD ENDED UP BAD HE USES SECOND HAND ELECTRICIAN AND THECARPET WAS PUT DOWN THOUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND THERE LUMPS IN THE FLOOR MAKING IT VERY UNCORTABLE TO WALK ON. HE REFUSING TO COME OUT AND FIX THE CEILING FAN BECAUSE I TOLD THE LAST LECTRICIAN I'M THIRED OF HIM HIRING HALF AS WORK FOR CHEAP LABOR WORKERS AND THEY DOING AN HALF *** JOB. I CANNOT USE ONE OF MY BEDROOMS BECAUSE THE LOUD CEILING FAN NOISE AND THE SMOKY SMELL. HE DECIDE TO BLOCK MY NUMBER WITH AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE HIS PARTNER WHO BY THE WAY NAME DAN DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM EITHER SOTHEY BOTH BLOCK MY NUMBER BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO CORRECT THE WORK. ONE OF WERLING SAY THEY BOTH WAS PAID AT LEAST 75,000.00 AND STUFF STILL NOT RIGHT.I FILE A COMPLIANT WITH THE BBB. WAITING FOR AN ANSWER. THE WORK IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD

+ 6 moreI will say this. Run for the hills. I would not recommend this contractor to a coworker, friend, or family member. Don't do it. Unless you don't mind the stress, get everything in writing, and know what they(contractors) should be doing. In which case you can save some money. Otherwise you will regret it. Especially if you are a women running the project. For 3-4 days at a time they did not show up to work on my project and when I called the owner and asked him why he told me I wasn't his only project, that he was doing me a favor taking my small project($34,000 project), and then hung up the phone in my face. I did tell him that I expected them to work on my project 5-6 days a week(40 hours a week for a 3 man team,they work weekends) so that I did not have to pay mortgage and rent for 3-4 months. He finished the project a month later than the verbally promised completion date. In the end I would never hire him again.
Description of Work: Asbestos Removal, Beam Repair, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Subfloor Replacement, Ceramic Tile, Door Replacement, Electrical work, Insulation,refinish hardwood floors.

Description of Work: My husband and I are very pleased with work of Mr. Werling and his employees. The task was huge and they did an outstanding job. We purchased a foreclosed town home that was in pretty rough condition. They did a complete demo and remodel on my 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. A complete remodel of my kitchen(I love my new cabinets and countertops). All the interior doors and frames were replaced.He ripped out that ugly sliding glass back door and gave me some beautiful French doors. They installed new windows throughout the house. The entire HVAC system was replaced(inside and outside). He installed a new water heater. All of the outlets and light switches were replaced for a stylish appeal. We had wood floors installed downstairs and carpet installed upstairs and on the staircase. The entire interior was painted and all of the light fixtures were replaced. It was a lot of work but they did not blank when faced with adversity. He was also very accommodating to all of my little extra request. It took a little longer than expected but a lot of it was due to weather related issues. I really recommend this company. They can prety much do it all.

Description of Work: Renovations. Most major came out great but warranty is not up to par. I have been repairing things that were done for 3 months. Their responses have been "We're busy" or "that is a simple fix you can handle". A few things were done improperly have not been resolved, causing further damage to the house. Luckily, I am able to fix some of the things that were not done right. The rest we have hired outside help because we could not get them to come out to fix things. I would not recommend them for large scale jobs.

+ -1 moreI think he did a good construction job. They were prompt, on time, I do not have to watch them and they cleaned up. They did a good job and charged me a reasonable price so that I don't have to go into debt to have the work done. I think he was pretty good and he was treating me good because he knows if he does a good job I will use him again for other things. I will use him again.
Description of Work: I used Werling Construction for a bathroom remodel in one of my rental properties. He tore down a wall and put up a new one with reinforcements to make it strong from top to bottom.
