I like their honesty. We ordered the skylight blind and paid for half. When we paid the other half, she gave us a $100 back because she found out that we could get a rebate. I needed some throw pillows for my living room to match a particular color, which was difficult. She searched through a lot of different fabrics until she found one that matched. She emailed me pictures of different shapes and designs of pillows so I would know what type to choose. She made sure I had all of the information needed to make a decision on material, design, etc.

After getting a high estimate from another interior design shop we decided to get a second opinion. This business is a Hunter Douglas gallery. Harrell looked at our blind and said he would send it in for repair. He called two weeks later to let me know the blind was repaired. When I asked how much the repairs cost he said there was a lifetime warranty (the other place told us the warranty was expired) and the only cost was shipping. I picked up the blind and asked if I could check it in the shop because I could not believe it was repaired for only $15.00. The other place told us the blind was not repairable and a new blind would cost $300.00. The blind worked perfectly! I recommend Unusual Designs and commend their honest and professional practices. I will definitely return here for all our Hunter Douglas business.
