+ -1 moreAs first time home buyers, all experiences were new and sometimes overwhelming. The Turzac team was there every step of the way. We were not able to see the area before moving there, and everyone from Turzac made us feel comfortable enough to buy our home sight-unseen. We bought a home in a new subdivision and got to "see" it being built from the ground up through all the detailed pictures that Jake Hughes would send us routinely. My husband and I felt so fortunate to be able to call Jake from Turzac anytime with questions or concerns. Jake was extremely good and responding in a timely manner and made many of our dreams a reality. We even had a hiccup with our loan that was unexpected, and Turzac stood by us and gave us time to work things out. Their lender, Dawn, at Atlantic Bay Mortgage was wonderful in helping us get our loan and into our new home. Now that we are in our home, we love it. The few little things we have had them come fix from the initial walk-through were very minor, but their quality control person, Ian, has been wonderful and very thorough. I tell everyone I know looking at homes, what an awesome family company Turzac is and recommend them highly!
Description of Work: My husband and I purchased a brand-new home from Turzac. Their agent, Jake, helped us along with our buyers agent every step of the way. They were very easy to work with and performed quality work, that we feel proud to now call our home. Since we were not able to be in the area to see our home being built, communication was very important to us. Jake was very good at returning calls and answering questions in a timely manner. On many occasions, we felt that the Turzac team went out of their way to make our home special to us and make our dreams a reality. We had spoke to several other builders in the area before discovering Turzac. We felt others trying to "nickel and dime" us about everything, and never got that impression with Turzac. We cannot recommend Jake and the entire team at Turzac enough!
