Tracy, the front desk lady is very unprofessional and nasty. She won't really schedule an appointment to get you an estimate, sounds like she is sitting there to prevent trees R us to get a job.🤣 She is a big joke. called 3 time still waiting to get an appointment. Hopefully I can talk to the owner. Tells him to change a better front desk lady.

Two men came to my house, they stared at tree and I asked for estimate. Then they told me they would email me . I told him they didn't have my info. He got in his truck and left . Must be on drugs or something cause normal people don't act like that. So I called the office cause I still need an estimate for my insurance company. The office girl answers the phone and I explain what happened and she starts screaming at me and wants my insurance info ,so they could try and rip off my insurance company and charge them for a bigger tree I don't want removed. These people are very shady, they act like drug addicts and I don't want them on my property, and I wouldn't recommend you let them on yours either

The results were excellent. Trimming was accomplished in a symmetrical manner that enhanced tree appearance as well as overall yard view. Crew mixture was a combination of highly experienced tree cutters and laborers that worked highly efficiently together. After tree trimming, area cleanup left little to be desired.

They were really good. I had gotten other quotes, and they were the most reasonable. They have to wait for the power company to come out and trim down the trees around the power lines. They don't want to do it, so we have to wait for that situation. They didn't want to trim around the power lines. It's a constant tug of war with the power company and the neighbor's about who's responsibility it is to cut the trees back. The power company said that it was my responsibility to clear the lines. I talked to three other tree companies that said it was the power company's responsibility. It's just crazy. There's nothing you can do and can't fight the power company and make them do their job. I think their customer service is really good. They didn't exceed my expectations. I think that they met my expectations relatively to exactly what it cost. For instance, while I was there, I was helping them trim the line back past the fence, which they were adamant about only going to the fence. They were just like we aren't going to do more than what they were paid to do. They didn't really do any more. I respected that, but they didn't leave me with a feeling of exceeding my expectations. I still have a second phase to be done, and I will quotes on that. I still have to see if the power company is going to do anything, but I would give them another shot. I am planning on contact them some more. I can pressure those guys to do a better job. There were some small issues that I didn't particularly appreciate. They were all smokers and I didn't like the fact that they were all smoking on the property. I mean they have a right to do that, but I thought it was a little bit tacky. I didn't like that they were smoking while they were doing the work. Also, I had to pick up one of their cigarette butts after they left, so I thought that was really disrespectful that they threw out a cigarette butt on my lawn. I found that to be pretty unprofessional as far as the image of their company. I would've preferred if they would've asked me to smoke on my property. Instead they just assumed and smoked like a chimney. I let it slide because I wanted to get the work done. I know that it was just one cigarette butt, but it was gross that I had to pick it up. I don't know if it had diseases or germs and I am paying them a lot of money. The whole job only took like an hour, so I didn't know why they couldn't wait to have a cigarette break after an hour. It's like they got on the property and started smoking immediately. I thought it was silly of them and the way they were acting. I thought it was pretty childish. I didn't appreciate that as far as going out of their way to start smoking immediately as soon as they got on the property. I know they were outside, but at least ask. The quality could've been a little better. The whole backyard is still kind of a mess. I have had to clean it up, not because of what they missed, but extra things that needed to be done that were beyond what they were quoted to do. I can understand, because time was an issue that day and rain was coming in. I asked them to do two extra things that they declined to do. I respect the fact that they were holding the line on what they had to do. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were the first company that I was able to contact. I was able to get a quote within a few days, which is really good. Looking back, they did the job, but I don't think they conducted themselves very well on the property. They did the job well, but It's difficult to separate the social aspects like the smoking. I will have them come out and give me a quote for the next phase and finishing up those trees. I may just do it myself since I have a chainsaw, but I don't necessarily want to do that. The job was completed within my expectations, so I will contact them in the future.

Obtained several quotes to remove 3 old, large gumball trees and stumps. Their quote was in the mid-range. I liked their professionalism. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and suggested mulching an area around some other trees which improved the appearance of the yard. They called Miss Utility for me; showed me a copy of their liability insurance without asking; explained in detail how they trees would be removed; carried everything out by hand and cleaned up beautifully. The only piece of equipment they drove through the yard was the stump grinder. They temporarily removed a fence section and replaced. Other companies wanted me to remove the fence, and cut down a very old azalea, which was unacceptable. Great company!

The company was recommended to us, by a roofer doing work on our house, after two other companies said they needed to drive a "bucket" into our yard to take down the trees and they could not do that until the yard is dry. That woudl have taken a long time so we called this company. They gave us an estimate on Friday and completed all of the work by 0900 the next Monday. Very professional, outstanding job with the removal and the clean up. We had moved a temporary fence for them to reach some of the trees and they put it back up better than I had originally put it up. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was pleased but, they cut into my electrical power. This sent a crew from the Electric Co. and pleadings from the company not to implicate them. In the end I spent $800 more in fees to the electrical company because the company has failed to obtain rights to dig. The company protests that this was my fault for not obtaining permission to dig. I'll leave this to the reader to decide. I'd never recontract these guys. In my opinion, contracted work is the responsibility of the contractor. You decide and be aware.

We were very happy overall. They did the work exactly as we had discussed, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They were also the cheapest of the estimates we got from the certified arborists, who are trained to prune trees without injuring them (not counting the guys who wanted to use spikes to climb the pine trees, thus possibly damaging them). They also were willing to add an additional job that we threw in after they showed up.

I was impressed with them as this project only took them approximately one day to complete. They were timely and cleaned up their mess. I have used them several times in the past and I would give them an A plus on everything. They take very good care of my trees.

Service was quick. Job done within a few hours and clean up completed. They done a great job. Excellent service meeting my needs. None better.

Arrived on time-work completed efficiently and safely. Crew professional, polite, and cleaned up yard. Mr. Prilaaman knows his trees and gave good advice as to what to trim and what to leave alone. Would definitely hire them again. Price reasonable based on other estimates.

Gave me a quote of $3500.00 to remove the trees and grind one stump. As he was leaving, he said that if they ended up having to use a crane, there would be no additional charge. After receiving four other estimates, all pricing a crane and their estimates lower than Trees R Us, I realized I was being charged for a crane even if they didn't use it. NOT AN ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.

There was no possible way I was going to climb eighty foot trees for pruning. The crew who did the work had obvious experience judging by how fast the job was done. The work took about two hours and the entire yard was cleaned up including raking the whole property. We had this done two weeks before a huge storm came through and if it was not done right we would have had branches all over our yard. Instead we were one of the few houses that did not have to deal with windfall.

These guys were great to have take down our tree. They did the work perfectly, and I was very happy with the speed and the skill that they used. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves and I would be more than happy to recommend these guys to anyone needing tree service.

We have used them several times. They are very reliable. They are experienced in removal. They came the same night we called them to see what the job consisted of. They are exceptional and the men were always respectful and courteous. They cleaned up everything; they brought a crane to remove the tree on our home.

These trees were absolutely huge, so we were impressed by the fact they did not harm any of the trees that were in close proximity. All the branches and the main body of the trees fell exactly where they wanted them. After the work was done, the whole yard was cleaned up, so we could not even tell they were ever here. Our only complaint was the cost, but we felt it was worth it.
