+ -1 moreRecommend TJM Pressure Cleaning without reservation. Called Todd on a Thursday morning, by Thursday afternoon Todd looked at the house and gave me an estimate. That Saturday, Todd completed what I had asked him to do as well as identified issues with three roof vent caps which he replaced at my request. Great communication, professionalism, punctual, best value. Will be a repeat customer!
Description of Work: Pressure washed two story, aluminum sided house and a large and small deck

+ -1 moreIt went perfect as usual. I called Todd a few weeks ago to scheduled the cleaning prior to putting my home on the market. He called back that day to setup the appointment and we were good to go. He arrived on time and completed the work in under four hours. The gutters were streaked after another vendor cleaned my roof and did not clean the gutters. The house sparkles and is so bright I have to wear sunglasses. Todd cleans up after himself, uses non-toxic chemicals and does an outstanding job!
Description of Work: Pressured Cleaned the Vinyl Siding and Gutters and Cleaned the crud off the top of my gutters (I have mesh gutter guards) on my home.

+ -1 moreIt went Great! I had some obvious signs of wood root on the front railings and on the trim of my home. Never knowing how deep the rot could go is always scary. The professionals from TJM quickly evaluated the wood rot on the trim and found it to be relatively minor and the repair went well. As for the front railings, they found pretty significant damage. They had to pretty much rebuild the railings from scratch. They did the work and it looks awesome. They did a great job of matching the paint as well. He also found a bad seal on one of my bathroom vent exhaust pipes on the roof and replaced it prior to any significant water damage. They arrived on-time both days and finished up early. I have seen them in the neighborhood before and will hire them to pressure wash and clean the gutters on my home before I put it on the market.
Description of Work: Evaluated, Sanded, Repaired, Rebuilt and Repainted the front railings, trim and soffits on my home.

+ -1 moreI first met Todd when his truck drove by the house and I needed pressure washing for my roof. I found him doing another job and asked him if he could stop by after he finished to give me an estimate. Sure enough, when he finished the job he stopped by gave me an estimate and I've been using him for seven years.
Description of Work: I have used TJM for all my pressure washing jobs for the past seven years. He has cleaned my fence, roof, and deck and each time he was prompt, professional and the job completed as promised. He is very personable and takes his time on the estimates and many times has gone above and beyond tasks we've set out. I have him scheduled on a regular basis now for my season cleanings on my roof and fence.
