SECURE IT INC

I had purchased two cameras from my security company and Secure It, Inc. was to install them. They called me to set the appointment to install the cameras; he then told me he could sell me 4 cameras at better quality with installation for $1500. When he installed them I did not sign a contract for these services. After he installed this system, I noticed that I could have purchased the same system but with 8 cameras with the DVR system from Costco for $499. The four cameras did not adequately cover my home, he wanted to sell me two more cameras with installation for $600 more. When I asked him about this, he was insulted feeling that I am accusing him of purchasing this system and overcharging me. His resolution was to give me 2 more cameras and pay for the installation for $250. The system that he did install, I cannot get the warranty on them, because I do not have the receipt. He did not give me any warranty on the work he performed either. He also did not explain the care that I need to have to this system, due to living on the water. I had called another security company to come out and take a look, he said he would be concerned about the durability of the system because I am near the salt water. He also said there is a maintenance plan that their company offered, he provided me with the information of what they could do upfront, which I believe any security company should do.

I used to have ADT and I switched to Secure It. If we ever have a problem, they come right away. They are always straight forward. We are really satisfied with them.

I was very pleased with the overall job they did of monitoring the alarm for us. I actually discontinued the service because I was having so many false alarms and didn t want the fines involved. The false alarms had nothing to do with their performance and was on our behalf. I would have nothing but high praises for them and the way they responded in those instances.

They were on the ball. My niece was cooking and the pan got too smoky and the silent alarm went off. A bunch of fire trucks, ambulances and police showed up to the house in no time. They did a good job installing the system. The service representative walked us through and showed us how to use the system.

The installers were real careful in explaining to me how everything worked. I have not had any false alarms at all. When the battery went low I called and they came right over. They were a honest and adependable company. I felt secure in my home.

This company was wonderful and I felt so safe in my home. I got the most I could get from this company as far as services went. We have never had any problems with them and they were always very nice to us. Their price was a bit more expensive, but you have to pay for the best.

Secure It installed the system that I bought from them and did a very good job. They explained everything to me in detail. Their response time for calling back was under a minute, and they didn t charge for the response. Their system made me feel safe in my home.
