ReScheduled three times. Then was charging $300 an hour to fix. $1,200 total. Said no thanks. Called another plumbing fixed everything for $145. Call and asked him why and said because people pay it.

Scott was punctual, efficient and respectful. He removed his shoes upon entering, he placed a protective mat down for his tools. He removed the old parts while chatting with us, explained which parts didn't work, and replaced them. He tested the faucet a few times and then cleaned up after himself.

For a charge of $100 + $99 for coming and for an estimate, he came and made a thorough examination of my plumbing fixtures, many of which were not working correctly. He gave my much information, especially about the very old items. He explained that getting parts might be a problem and cause a delay in getting an estimate. I learned a lot that was useful. But, more than 2 months later, he has never gotten back to me with an estimate. I presume that he doesn't feel that these fixtures can be repaired in a cost-effective way, but he certainly should have let me know. Once while I was waiting, I called him (was only able to leave a message) with what turned out to be a minor emergency, and again, he never got back to me. I have the feeling he is very capable, but the lack of response and leaving me hanging is a real turn-off.

I contacted this person after hours and left a message on his answering machine. After not getting a response I called again during business hours and also left a message. He called back and I made an appointment between 10:00-2:00. My wife stayed home all day and the person never showed up and did not call that day to give any reason. He did call back the next day and left a message on my answering machine stating that he was sick and took some medicine and did not wake up in time etc. and wanted to reschedule. I do understand that things happen but the very least we should have gotten a call on the day of the appointment to reschedule. I thought this was very unprofessional and is not a good way to do business. I scheduled another company to do the work and will not consider using this business again.

I know everyone's time is valuable- but that seems pricey for a pig in a poke. Use caution

He is fine. I would recommend him.

He responds to calls appropriately. He comes on time. His rates are reasonable and he seems to be a good guy.
