drain pipe
+ -1 moreThe owner came out to give us an estimate and then said he would be back to measure. He never came back and never responded to our phone calls.
Description of Work: Our landscaped property required some drainage work to solve the issue of water collecting in the sod and plantings.

+ 0 moreRob worked with me to improve on my initial design ideas, performed all work efficiently, and even when faced with many days of rain (which makes this former swamp area impassable), was constantly monitoring the situation with me and with site visits so that he and his crew could take advantage of any weather windows (as soon as the soil dried out enough to work). Rob delivered everything he promised and more, even taking care of items not in the original work plan at very reasonable prices. Increase in price over original estimate was due to additional work that I asked for, and some weather-induced problems, however I felt that Rob really gave me a good deal on everything.
Description of Work: Installation of approximately 350 ft of drain pipe, french drains with 1.5 to 2 sq ft cross section, including filter cloth and ''57'' stone. Tied in house downspouts, and graded yard and added compost to future lawn areas and prepared area for installation of sod and planting. Project was delayed by rain-induced problems, but was completed as quickly as possible in a very workman-like fashion.
