AS EXPLAINED ABOVE, I BELIEVE I WAS CHEATED IN TWO REGARDS. FIRST AS THE COMPRESSOR WAS STILL GOOD I BELIEVE THE REPAIRS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE FOR LESS THAN $1000 AND A NEW HEAT PUMP WAS NOT REQUIRED. WHEN APPROACHED, THE OWNERS' ATTITUDE WAS I WILL CHARGE AS MUCH AS I CAN GET!!!
Description of Work: SINCE THEY DID THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION 10 YEARS AGO, I CALLED THEM WHEN THE AC DID NOT WORK. I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO TWO LEAKS IT WOULD NOT BE BEST TO REPAIR BUT TO INSTALL A NEW ONE. TRUSTING THEM AS A PREVIOUS CUSTOMER I BOUGHT A NEW HEAT PUMP. AFTER PURCHASE I WAS TOLD THEIR PRICE WAS VERY HIGH SO, I CALLED TWO COMPETITORS AND GOT PRICES $3300 AND $3350 LESS FOR THE EXACT SAME HEAT PUMP AND WARRANTY. I TALKED TO THE OWNER WHO SAID, HE HAD NO CONTROL OVER PRICES OF OTHERS!!!!!!!!!

With them we knew we didn t have to worry about the unexpected. They looked at the units as if they were of their own and made sure when we needed them to operate, they would. They were very professional and friendly workers that obviously knew what they were doing. They had fair pricing and good results that is what we got here.
Description of Work: They did a general inspection and maintenance of our units. They looked over thoroughly for any problems we might have.
