Description of Work: We had a drain that was clogged up that he unclogged and he's also done some work on our pipes and various other plumbing projects over the years.

Then, on his second visit (after ordering a part) he discovered underneath the bathtub faucet the rest of the plumbing was also contributing to the leaking. He special ordered those parts and finished the job on the third visit and did the A/C service as well with the weather being warm enough finally. Super people.
Description of Work: Replaced valves under bathroom since, replaced bathtub faucet that were leaking but as well the plumbing under the faucet which was necessary and required a special part. As well, he checked our A/C and cleaned the coil.

+ -1 moreI have used this plumber for many years. He is always reliable, punctual and thorough. He serviced the oil burner in December. He has replaced and serviced air conditioning units. The house has two-zone a/c. My house has old metal pipes which occasionally are clogged. This plumber has snaked the drain, also repaired fixtures in bathrooms. He has also installed new fixtures in my kitchen. In fact any plumbing/heating/air conditioning need I have had has been taken care of by Rex's.

+ -1 moreThey were very flexible on meeting our time needs and were able to complete the tasks at a reasonable price. My parents have been using Rex Plumbing for awhile, and after seeing them in action, I would recommend them as trustworthy and reliable when it comes to plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreOverall, the quality of the job was very good. Previously the repairman had made an appointment but did not come on the day that he was scheduled to come. Later on during the day that he failed to show up, he did call to apologize and reschedule. You did show up on the the of the second appointment but he was late. The job was done very well and he even took pictures upon my requests of the job.
Description of Work: The company has been prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. We are now in the process of attempting to schedule the work to be done. The price that is voted appears to be reasonable. However when you consider the time it took to complete the job, his charge appears to be over $100 per hour. This in my estimation is very high. While I commend him for his quality, I do not think that quality should be this expensive. I would suggest anyone in the future pin this repairman down in terms of his hourly rate. He had given me an estimate prior to the job, but I was assuming the job would take much longer than he did.

Description of Work: My hot water would not work in the tub. They came out, diagnosed it quickly and adjusted the handle which a previous contractor had misaligned. No issues, would recommend.

He is the best as I even have him on my speed dial. He comes on time and is very friendly. He does what ever I need and something always seems to have to be done every year. I am very happy with Rex.
