Description of Work: Don Duty is our buyers agent from ReMax Penn. He is excellent at writing contracts to protect his clients. He is not biased, but put our best interest in writing. He protected us from a serious mistake in purchasing a home with expensive water damage. He was very thorough and had excellent communication with us on progress of paperwork and procedures of the buying process. He is very knowledgable with several years experience and has the heart of a teacher to do everthing right and proper. His actions prove that he wants a lasting relationship to help his clients again and again in the future.

+ -1 moreMy agent, who was awesome (Amerika Davis), struggled with the listing agent from the time we wanted to put a bid on the house through the closing. Michelle Schlager was unresponsive at best. She would not return phone calls or e-mail messages. There were several times that our agent had to make decisions, based upon what she knew was right, because the listing agent did not call/e-mail back for days. We were fortunate to have such a competent buyer's agent. We purchased the house and are now trying to contact the listing agent to get some details about our house. We have left multiple phone messages and an e-mail over a 10 day span, but she has not contacted us. Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend using her as a Realtor.
