fine, They came out very fast cut the first tree down, came back a few days later and cut the second tree down. They start early in the morning ...around 7:00am. They were supposed to call before they came but when no one answered the door then they called....not really a problem but it helps people plan things when they don't live where the work is.

The work and workmen were great! It was a pleasure to work with professional people who knew their job. And, the price was right!

The cost was very reasonable compare to others. The service was prompt, thorough and the site was left clean

They gave me a quote that clearly said supplies and labor, but at the end the price was double. When they were almost finished, they said that they had more hours. It took them a month to do two flowerbeds. They never told me when they were coming, so they could be there at the house without my knowing. They also charged me for the time it took them to drive and pick up supplies. It was not a good transaction and I really was just glad for them to be finished and gone. I would not recommend them. They were slow and some of the things they did are falling apart. There's brick surrounding the flower beds and the brick is coming apart. I called them and they said they would come out and fix it, but they never showed up. They charged me for 18 hours, but they weren't here for 18 hours. He only put bricks on the first flower bed, so they don't match. I had to go and buy more bricks and I have to fix it myself. I was promised that the two flowerbeds would be brick but he said it would be more money to get bricks on both of the flowerbeds. We agreed that I would pay the price of the bricks and not charge me for labor to brick the other flowerbed, but he never came back to do the work. I liked the work they did on the one flowerbed and a mailbox. The price they quoted me was good, but the price I had to pay for the work that was done was outrageous. They would come out and spend less than an hour here. That's why it took so long to get done.

Came with 6 crew members, lots of equipment. Removed most of the trees in my yard. My neighbor also hired him to remove 3 trees .. was very professional, crew was exceptional, in the way they worked together in unison. was happy with the work.

Fantastic value for removel of 3 Pear trees aprox. 15' each. Left every thing in excellent condition after removel of stumps!!!!!

Mike Keller, owner, gave me no street address. Said he lived in Lee Hall. Company not listed in phone book. Phone number not listed in phone book. I received flyer distributed in newspaper. Owner had 4 young boys to do the work. The workers' attitudes were excellent; learning the trade. I made check out to Red's Tree Service. Mr. Keller said that was incorrect as check was to be made out to: MIKE KELLER, as that is the way the account is set up. I tore up the original check and made one out as requested. Seems like a red herring to me. I called and left message on the answering machine for them not to come back to do the stump grinding. I got a reputable company to do the work.
