Description of Work: Replaced 7 defective 18 year old control valves and got my irrigation system working in time for fall reseeding. Project involved a lot of digging and bush branch and root removal. They said that they would complete the job over a three day period, and they did. Calls to their office always resulted in quick responses. Good communication about the progress of the project made me confident that the project would be completed on time.

Description of Work: They were late, but called and explained that the job before ours took longer than expected. I appreciate a call like that. They arrived and were very professional and curtious. I told them my I wanted all of my heads checked, adjusted. They were great! I had a head that I thought was broke, but just needed an adjustment. Some others would have replaced it and charged me. They had to order parts and will return.

Description of Work: They came out to do the $65 checkup, but a problem cropped up that day and they had to check out the problem and fix it. They had the part and were able to replace it, but the total cost was $65 plus another $160, so it ended up pretty expensive for a solenoid replacement, but the system works now.

+ -1 moreThese folkks are WAY over priced ($94 to turn on my automatic irrigation system in the Spring [only 27 heads], $90 to blow out and turn off the system last weekend), they were a hassle to deal with about the required Backflow Test (they "outsourcde" it), and they almost never answer the phone or return phone calls.

+ 0 moreThey did a good job maintaining our irrigation system we use for our yard. They were punctual in their attendance. They took about two hours to do their work and they were neat and clean. My husband deals with them primarily but I know we are happy with them. They charge $200 a year and come to my home twice a year.
