The owner stopped by to determine the scope of work the very next day. They coordinated with the tennant and were able to have the heater installed that same week. It was not an easy job since it wasn't their unit and the work involved cutting a hole in the wall for the vent and hooking up electrical and propane connections. It works great and they did a very good job. They were very professional, knowledgable, and gave me excellent service.

The only negative I would have about this service call would be the time it took to perform the work. It was the middle.of the hot season and there are reasonable explanations but it still took a week for them to come. Once the tech got to the house I explained the issue and he immediately came up with a probability and went to work. He ended up diagnosing it correctly as the capacitor and fixed it within 10 minutes. It has worked the rest of the way through the year with no other problems. I will be requesting this company again when any A/C work needs to be done.

The experience went okay. It was the third time they were out. We have defective equipment from the manufacturer, but as far as their work they were prompt and on time. They really try to get to the bottom of the problem and extended our warranty contract per the issues we were having. As far as the work they did - they did great work. The work was all contractual.
