+ -1 moreI got an Estimate and a few days later called them to do the job. I was told that they might be able to do it later that day....but nope and no call to let me know what happened. Same song for the following day. Then the next....finally almost a week later they sent 2 guys to install the Roof Fan., one older guy and one huge heavy (fat) guy (looked to be 300lbs). I was shocked to see him on my roof after I went up to see how the work was progressing. I actually had to tell them to make the hole larger for the fan as the one that was there was quite small. I also had to actually request a receipt for the work that was done after I paid them.
Description of Work: Installed a Solar Roof Fan, used the same shingles that were on the roof (they did not bring any to replace what was taken out)

+ -1 moreCalled and set up an appointment on a Monday. They said they'd be out Tues or Weds. Instead of going to my office, I decided to telecommute those days. No one ever showed up. They called a week later and left a message asking if I still needed their services. By then I'd moved on to another company.
