Orkin Pest Control

I have stayed with them only because I've had a contract with them and it is a hassle to find anybody else, but if I found a company that actually provided the same services cheaper I probably would go with another company. I still have my contact services with them.

I initially scheduled with a customer service associate who come out to my home and made a recommendation for treatment. I called around and compared prices, but ended up going with them. They called stating that they had an earlier appointment date, so I took it. When they came out they could not finish the job because their rig broke. The bait stations are supposed to be flush with the ground, but they are not. They said they would be back out on Monday. They showed up 45 minutes late and did finish the job, but they bait stations were still not flush to the ground. I have spoken to a manager, who at this time has been attentive to my concerns.

We have had three different regular service me over a two year period. The last one was so rude that I had to call the manager and request a different person. The current gentleman is very friendly but even he admitted that Orkin won't be able to prevent bugs even though we have a clean house. He does the best he can and gives us suggestions on what to do that would help reduce the risk. I do like that I can call them if I have ANY issues. They aren't a cure all solution for bugs or pests but overall they have good people. It may take a few tries to find the right person though.

We have had no problems with them. The price was competitive for the area. They come every year and crawl under my house checking for termites. They call to make sure we are home when they come out. They are good about calling if they are going to be late. They do a really good job and are very professional.

We have used Orkin for years and they have been fine. We have had the service for so many years. They just show up and do what they need to do and leave the paperwork and we pay the bill. They are very reliable. A couple of years ago we had a carpenter bee eating the trim work on the outside of the garage and they came out and they paid to have it repaired no problem at all. No questions, no argument, no nothing.

The guy was actually really nice, its just that everything he did, did not work. He was also not very punctual.

I was happy with their services. They haven't had to spray for any bugs, but when they came out to do the inspection they were real friendly and nice. Their employees have always been trusting. I will continue to use them for years to come.

They came out several times until I found out that it only needed to be done one time. After paying this last time and finding out that it was not necessary I called the main office and complained. They sent me a refund check for all but the initial service call. I feel like I was deceived but they reimbursed me.

I was exceptionally pleased with their service. They made sure all areas of the house was sprayed and the areas that we were worried about they sprayed again. We had a big problem with bees and since using them, there hasn t been any in our home. They charged $400 a year or $25 a visit.

We have lived in this house for eighteen years, and Orkin has prevented termites and other insects from doing any damage for all eighteen of those years. The technician is always on time, well mannered, and conscientious about his work. He is extremely thorough in his examination, as well as applying the treatments. We will stay with a proven company before going elsewhere.
