+ -1 moreNorris worked out really well. They were very punctual and they came out right as scheduled. They called me back the next day. Actually, they came out at 10 minutes to 8:00 because I had to work. He found out what was wrong, went and got the part and came back the same day and finished the job. I found them through word of mouth of a neighbor.
Description of Work: I had the motor in my inside air conditioning unit replaced by Norris.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job installing the new heat pump. We have not had any problems with the system as it is very high quality. We have been using this company for the past twenty years, and we have always been very satisfied with their services. They have done other things for us in the past also.

+ -1 moreI was happy with this company. They came out when they were supposed to; actually a couple of minutes early. I very much trusted them. I have been using them twice a year for fifteen or twenty years and we haven't had any complaints.
Description of Work: They checked our air compressor to make sure all the connections were right and the pressure was up.
