Description of Work: Mess Be Gone has cleaned for me for years, but something has changed, and the owner/manager is no longer focusing on her business. Schedules were getting mixed up and the staff wouldn't show at all (not usually the team's fault)--with no warning OR attempt to reschedule. I decided my business was no longer wanted.

Description of Work: Very Thoroughly clean house. Biggest negative is that they are not always able to come on their scheduled day and sometimes unable to make up a missed day.

+ -1 moreGood. They come bi-monthly, so if they miss something one time, they get it the next time. They always have a positive attitude, are utterly trustworthy, and are kind to my pets!
Description of Work: Cleaned entire 3,100 sf home -- wood and ceramic tile floors and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned, furniture dusted, bed made, ceilings and baseboards dusted, etc. They will do whatever you ask them to do in terms of cleaning.

+ -1 moreI first hired Mess Be Gone to clean our new house when I was fresh out of the hospital and had to describe to Kathy what needed to be done from 150 miles away. Kathy never disappointed! She can pack and unpack for you -- need groceries -- Kathy can do it all. I not only highly recommend Mess Be Gone - but I really don't believe there is anyone better in this business!
Description of Work: Kathy Hardison and Mess Be Gone do an incredible job of cleaning your house. Her staff is diligent, hard-working, thorough, careful, nice and trustworthy! Picture frames are cleaned, fan blades are cleaned, baseboards are done -- all the hard to reach places and the hardwood floors are spotless. They even get down on their hands and knees to make sure this is done perfectly!
