I got an immediate response from the owner, and set up a pickup time with a flat rate quote for diagnosis with the understanding that would be the fee unless parts were needed to complete the repairs. My computer was picked up the next day (In Virginia Beach) and I was called several times with progress reports. I gave permission over the phone to replace a part and the repairs were completed. All of my files were move etc. My computer was returned working perfectly. Jody even offered to set it up and make sure everything was working as promised. Great experience.
