Maria is bar none the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. From the moment we interviewed her, we knew she would be an outstanding real estate agent. What makes Maria such a good agent is that she wears two different hats very well. On the one hand, she is so nice, compassionate, empathetic, and an amazing listener. In short, someone you really want to be around. On the other hand, she is tenacious, driven, and uncompromising when it comes to her client's best interests. No matter what hurdles came our way, Maria would just say, "I'm on it," and I didn't have to give it a second thought. From start to finish, we were always updated with the latest intel about submitting the offer, getting the inspection, and moving into our closing. We had a very tight deadline for moving into our new home because of a work related start date, and Maria moved mountains (often overcoming the incompetencies of others) to make sure that we hit our firm closing deadline. Even after our closing (and after getting paid), Maria continued to follow up with contractors to make sure that all the remaining repairs were satisfactorily completed. When we first met, Maria said that her goal was not to sell us a house right now; rather her goal was to make sure that several years down the road, when we are ready for our next house, that she would be the only person we considered using. I can say with confidence, that Maria accomplished her goal, and that we will be using her for all of our real estate agent needs in the future.
