My husband and I recently ( October 2015) completed a total ( packing and loading and unloading) interstate move with Kloke Group and it was flawless from start to finish. This was our 14th move of this type with various carriers across the country, and we have experienced "good", at times, but this relocation was superior! There are not enough "stars" on this rating system to tell my story. Never have I noted such genuine attentiveness and follow through in ALL aspects of the process( estimating, packing, actual load and unload and coordination of services etc.) The people one spends days with are the driving team, and to sum that part of it up for us: The moving world would be heavenly if James( our driver) and his crew ( Rich and Smitty) were instructors for new drivers, as these gentlemen go above and beyond with carefulness, respect for property and person, along with very healthy doses of fun, competence and reassurance. I cannot express how delighted we were with Kloke Group and are SO VERY glad that we chose them. Thanks to Kloke for making it all so easy for us...it could not have gone better. They were ahead of me on everything and this corporate gypsy takes pride in being organized and results oriented...they did not bat an eye with changes in schedule or house issues, on the arrival end, and of course with the rainy inclement day ( doesn't it always rain on move in day?) If I have to move again I will seriously attempt to find a way to have Kloke do it for me here in Pennsylvania because anything else would most certainly be a disappointment. And of course I would beg for James and Crew!

This was the worst move ever!! Our move was a corporate move using Kloke Group. The men who came to pack our home were awful. They dumped stuff in boxes and did a horrible packing job. They labeled boxes incorrectly and complained the entire move about how it was miscalculated and there should have been another person to help. Instead of trying to hustle and get the job done they took cigarette breaks every 10 minutes. Once we finally got to the new house they deposited boxes in all the wrong rooms- 3 months later we are still trying to find things like office boxes that are in the attic! I will never, ever use this company again and have actually made sure my friends, family, and coworkers don't either.

Awful. If you want your items broken, a hostile moving staff - this is the company for you! Just make sure you buy the insurance that will reimburse you 100% because baby your stuff will be broken into pieces. They broke our pool table in 5 places, gouges were taken out of our mahogany dining room table, 2 entertainment centers were damaged, they broke a brand new leather recliner into 2 pieces, my executive desk damaged beyond repair, boxes we packed are missing, our elliptical machine is bent, I could go on and on. I have pictures too. I submitted the claim. Got $267. The repairs cost over $2000! Not replace, repaired = $2000. The movers literally threw our stuff around. I am so furious it's difficult to even write this.

I contacted Kloke Group for an estimate on packing my home. I received a timely response and a representative came out to give me an estimate. I contacted three other companies and either received higher estimates or no response. We discussed a full pack vs packing only breakables. After considering the options, I contacted Kloke Group and contracted for a full pack. On the arranged date, two ladies showed up to pack an entire house in two days. They were shocked to find out it was a full pack. They thought they were only doing a partial pack. No additional help was sent. The ladies were punctual, polite and seemed to work very efficiently. They had a lot to do in two days, but I THOUGHT things went well. My dissatisfaction arose when I began unpacking on the other side of the country. The majority of my breakable items were very well packed. The items that were packed on the second day, mostly clothing and articles from the bedrooms , were thrown in boxes with no protective paper or careful packing. I am accustomed to my shoes that are not in boxes being packed in layers with paper between the layers. Many of my shoes were crushed and misshapen when I opened the boxes. I found clothing thrown in boxes with no protective paper. It has taken me months to find a few items because they were packed in with unexpected items and not labeled. It appears that the packers became overwhelmed with the size of the job to be completed in two days and just started throwing things in boxes. I could have done that for free. I'm still not sure why no additional help was sent. I am just now finishing with the unpacking of the last boxes and have become so frustrated with the condition of things I am now finding, that I decided to stop and send in this review. I The actual move was done by an Allied Van Lines agent. The driver was very skilled at loading! our goods onto the truck-. He arrived on time on both ends. Everything visible arrived in good shape. I have no complaints on that part of the move. I will caution consumers to be aware of the practice of packers and drivers placing damage codes on your paperwork that could prevent you from claiming any damage to your items. I encourage people to check your paperwork for codes placed on your furniture and other valuable items. I have had to challenge the codes on several moves.

They were great. They did not break anything. They were prompt. They were very courteous. There was nothing that I disliked about them.

They were excellent. They did a great job and met all of our requirements. We asked them if they could hold on to things for an extra day because we were going to be crossing the country a couple of times while they were on route from our old home to new home in Virginia. They were the most accommodating in that respect so we were very happy with their services. They didn’t do any setting up beyond the big things like the dining room table; they set that back up because they had taken it apart. They were very responsive tour needs and were more than willing in accommodating us. We have a suspicion that the driver made a strong request on our behalf that some particular charge of something may not be livid on us. They did the stuff that we expected a moving company would do. They didn’t damage anything. They were careful with our stuff and packed it well. Their prices were competitive because we have compared them with three different moving companies.
