Kevin at KLM did an outstanding job. He communicated with us frequently prior to the appointment. He was professional and thorough. Kevin arrived promptly and got right to work. His work was well done and he asked for feedback. We definitely would use him again.

KLM did a great job pressure washing our home. They cleaned our 2 story house, driveway, patio, screen porch, and walkways better than any other company we’ve used in the past. An not only that, they gave us a better price. We needed to have our home cleaned during a particular week and they worked us into their schedule to accommodate that. We will use them again.

He arrived as scheduled and cleaned both the outside and the inside of all exterior glass (windows, doors and transoms). He cleaned the equivalent of about 50 windows in about five hours, working steadily but not rushing. I am very satisfied with the results. He was polite and considerate, wearing shoe covers when inside.

so happy that Kevin (owner) was able to schedule our cleaning on short notice! he was prompt and considerate (wore shoe covers while inside and wrapped the ladder legs in cloth so they wouldn't mar the walls). the soft-washed soffits looked like they had a fresh coat of paint. we've used two other companies in the past, but Kevin (who worked alone on this job) did a better job than the other multi-person crews; even my wife noticed it!

GREAT WORK!! This job was done to exceed my expectations. We ran into an unexpected problem when Kevin (the contractor) broke his foot the day before the job was scheduled to begin. However, Kevin called to say that he was hoping to find another employee and schedule the job ASAP. The next day, David & Julie (a young married couple), showed up. They were energetic, respectful, and very pleasant. It was quite a big job: wash 15 windows/screens in 2-story house; power wash house/garage/wrap-around covered porch/ 40-ft driveway, brick foundation. But they completed it in a couple of hours. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. They removed/replaced porch decorations/furniture and completed the job in less than 3 hours and it looked BEAUTIFUL e. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. I'm giving the HIGHEST RATING and would absolutely recommend this company to others. THANKS, D. HARRIS
