Jason, the owner, contacted me shortly after I put the request in at Homeadvisor.com. He was able to fit his initial visit in between two existing appointments. He gave me a good price on the project of replacing the glass in my side garage door and the French door at the back of my house. The size of the glass in the back door was unusual, so I expected it would take a few days to be ready. Jason set an appointment to replace the glass within 48 hours. The next day he called me to say the glass was ready. Jason was very professional. He did a quality job of replacing the glass. He cleaned up all of the broken glass, he exceeded my expectations. I will recommend JB's Glass to all my friends.

Jason (owner) arrived on time, was very professional, explained everything in easy to use language. We had special low E which needed to be ordered the glass and said 10-14 days. He called me on the 10th day and said the glass was in and he came the next day repair the window. I wish all contractors were this organized and customer focused. If you have a broken window or need a replacement window, go ahead and call JB Glass.

He was very professional and did a great job in a very timely manner. It took a few days because he had to order the glass for my window repair, but he was here when he said he would be for both the free estimate and the installation. I will definitely call him for any future glass work I need.
