J & N Construction Services has been serving Hampton Roads proudly since 2009. A small contractor company that started in the small city of Portsmouth, Virginia and has grown to operate in all of Southeastern Virginia. Our passion is our customers, who we see as paramount. Our goal is to find out what is important to our clients specific needs, and simply ensuring that the needs are met. If the job is not done right, it's not completed by J & N Construction.
