All the personnel from Invisible Fence were very professional and personable from the office, the gentlemen who installed the wiring and those who trained my 2 dogs (German Shepherd and Rottweiler mix). The dogs learned very quickly how far they could go in the yard and they didn't like it if they went too far in the driveway and received a and quot;zapand quot; in the neck if they get too close to the wire. It is now 3 months later and they know their limitations even if they don't have their collars on. The dogs won't chase bike riders, squirrels, chase other dogs and only go to the end of my car in the driveway. Thanks for making it safer for my dogs and the neighbors.

We called Invisible Fence of Hampton Roads because one of our dogs insisted on digging out under the fence. After chasing her down the street every day for a solid week, we decided enough was enough. Everyone was very responsive and Charlie came out to look at the yard and give an estimate within a couple of days of our initial call. The fence was installed by Kevin who explained the process in great detail and really worked with several obstacles in our yard without a single complaint. He was wonderful with the dogs and very thorough in training us as well as the pups. The entire process only took 3 hours. Harry and Tina were also there to assist with the installation and worked with the dogs. We received a lot of good advice about dogs in general too. They were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and concerned that we were comfortable with the new equipment. I would definitely call them again if I needed an invisible fence.

A family owned and operated business, Charlie came out to meet the dog and to write up an appraisal for the fencing. This took about an hour. I was promised an immediate appointment and the office called me the next day to schedule that appointment. A chatty man by the name of Kevin came out the next week, installed the invisible fencing, put up the flags, and gave and quot;Wilburand quot; his first instruction. There were five instruction sessions, each an hour long, for and quot;Wilburand quot; and me if I wanted to watch, that the company included with the fencing. and quot;Wilburand quot; loved Kevin, and responded positively to all the training Kevin had to offer. Wilbur learned the process in two days and I have nothing but praise for the Invisible Fencing Company and Wilbur. If I had it to do over again, I would call the same company because and quot;Wilburand quot; and I were treated with kindness and respect and the Company did exactly what they said they would do. This and the fact that Invisible Fence Company is the only invisible fence co. in the Tidewater area. Not much comparison to be done unless you want to do the work yourself, which I did not.
