We made a request for service through our home warranty plan and a person from this company arrived in the late afternoon on Saturday. They communicated well throughout the day to narrow the time of arrival. When he arrived, he looked at the floor & confirmed what we knew - the toilet was leaking. He indicated that he was not going to remove the toilet because it would need to be removed again when the floor was repaired and that he was an HVAC guy who happen to be on call. He took measurements & pics & indicated that he would provide the info & that we'd be contacted with estimate information. His final statement to us was an inquiry of how we were paying for the $60 service fee because he needed to collect it prior to leaving (we provided a check). By Tuesday we had heard nothing back so I called & was told that Robert would return my call. He returned the call on Wednesday around 9:00PM according the voicemail message. My husband called on Thursday and the woman who answered requested she call us back b/c she was on the other line ordering a water heater, 2 hours later, I called back and she indicated that Robert was not available but would call us back by 4:30 because he had some questions. Around 4:15, I spoke with Robert & clarified what we needed from them. He indicated that the estimate information would be completed by Friday morning and that it would be emailed to us. It's now Monday evening and we have heard nothing. Needless to say, I feel like we paid $60 for nothing, the follow through from them to us has been poor and at this point we have found someone else to complete the work and have put a complaint in through our home warranty company.

This company is all about the money. Qualtiy work and customer satisfaction appear to be low on their list of company values. I have refused to allow them to do work in my house.
