The employee came over at the time he said he was gonna be there(on time), he was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely on installing the elements in my water heater. The price of the install was very reasonable, and I would advise anyone with a plumbing need, water heater, or otherwise, to contact Hamton Roads Water Services, they will do you right.

Very well. The water heater was replaced in under 2 hours at the lowest rate on Angi's. The service was scheduled/worked under 24 hours which was the requested timeframe. He was very knowledgeable about the systems he was responsible for and even ran a free water test afterwards.

Jason did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and quick. Communication was excellent. Pricing was very fair. Performed a couple of the smaller tasks at no charge.

They were on time, they stayed in communication with me. Gave me a fair price for the work, and completed the work in a timely professional manner. They were also the only ones out of 4 Plumbing companies who showed up to do the work. The others never even canceled just no shows.

"Wow!!!" is the first thing that comes to mind with Hampton Roads Water Services. We had a pipe that connects to our water heater that developed two pinhole leaks that got items in my closet wet and we had to shut the water off to the home to stop any further possible damage. The owner contacted me not too long after I posted my request for a quote by text message late at night and they were able to get one of their employees to my home before 11 a.m. Joseph did all of the work we needed quickly and efficiently and did a fantastic job! The rate for all of the work that was done was also very reasonable which was truly great! I most certainly would use this company again for any clean water repairs that I need to be completed in the future. Joseph also gave me his professional opinion on some concerns I had in other areas as well that confirmed what I thought was the issue. If you are looking for a great company to work on your clean water issues, this company is one I would say do give them a call and not worry about if you are making a good decision or not---call them!

Very knowledgeable staff. Do a water test! You'd be shocked to find all the nasty stuff lurking in your water. I had a water softener and clean start installed. We've all been there, busy week with clothes forgotten in the wash that start to stink. I rewashed them with no detergent and they came out smelling fresh!! The softener has made such a huge difference in my family's hair and skin!

They were excellent. The whole process was good and they installed the whole equipment. Everybody was very professional. They answered all my questions. I would recommend them to all. They were good in business.
