Very well! Mike, the owner of the business, came with his assistant who specializes in pressure washing. They walked around the house with me and explained what and how they would do their job. Very satisfied with the results. Asked them to also pressure wash our cement patio and they did so at a very modest price. Yes, I would use them again!

He and his wife arrived on time and professionally went to work. He kept me informed of any abnormal findings about the windows and made adjustments in his work. Both homes were clean when the job was finished and the view from our windows is fantastic. We have already scheduled him to clean again in the spring after the pollen fall is over. Both he and his wife are delightful people to have working in your home.

After missing some messages left on our house phone about delays due to the rain, Michael came on a Sunday to ask if he could clean our gutters then. This was no problem, and the job was very thorough and performed in a minimal amount of time. It's nice to see water now flow out of the downspout rather than over the edge of the gutter!

They arrived as scheduled and discussed the job with me to make sure we had the right number of windows for the estimate. They got to work and did a very good job. H2O is a husband/wife team that work together inside/outside and are very efficient in getting the job done. The old aluminum storm windows were very dirty and they not only washed the glass but also cleaned out the frames, so they look so much better. The windows look so good. I'm selling the house and the clean windows will be a real asset. I would recommend them for window cleaning and would use them again if I were staying in the area.

He's excellent. He's extremely professional and very responsive. I had an issue where I had some streaks on some of my windows and he came back and redid those. He stands behind his work. He's a very, very nice gentleman. He does the work himself. He doesn't sub it out. I will definitely use him in the future.

Mike was punctual, personable and did a great job. He went out of his way making sure all of our window cleaning needs were met. As mentioned above, we would hire H20 Glassworks again.

The entire process, from the first call to the last, was conducted with professionalism and courtesy. The scheduling and payment were both handled easily. Michael called me when he arrived at the house, notified me of a cracked window, and called when they were finished. He even went out of his way to assist me with obtaining the serial number on my brand new dishwasher, because Lowes wouldn't schedule a repair without it. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience and highly recommend H20 for their service.

I contacted H2O Glassworks looking for a reliable, trustworthy company that takes pride in their quality of work, and that is exactly what I found with this company. I was very impressed that the owner, Mike called to confirm our appointment for the following day and arrived at my home right on schedule! Mike explained what he would do and how much he would charge for the window cleaning and also the gutters. Mike's crew started working right away! Not only do I have the cleanest windows in the neighborhood, I also didn't have anything to clean up after they left. Everything was put back to the way it was when they started. It is extremely nice finding a company that stands behind their work and holds customer satisfaction to its highest standards. I will be hiring them again this fall!

We have gutter guards and some of them had come loose which allowed leaves and such to contaminate the gutters. It was very apparent that he only cleaned the gutter where the guards were missing and replaced them. He did not take off the gutter guards in place to clean out the stuff that had moved nor cleaned out the down spouts that were clogged. He didn't even catch the leaves and small plants growing out of the gutters near our front door. On our garage side the shingle pebbles were still blocking the guards in place so that the water just ran off the roof. We were extremely disappointed that he did not take time to do the job successfully and did it a day early when we weren't at home to inspect or give guidance on the problem areas

Michael was and his wife were amazing. Very customer focused. He explained in detail the pricing for each window. He went above and beyond than what any other company would have done. We have a large palladium window, with a tree in front, whose branches were brushing up against the glass. He asked permission to cut back the branches so they would not dirty the window once cleaned. We also had two windows that had been painted shut and he managed with great effort to pry them open - all at no extra charge. Very conscious of wearing booties throughout the house. Very honest! Takes a lot of pride in his work and our windows have never looked better. Excellence is the only word I can use to describe H2O Glassworks!

I called in the early afternoon and they came over a few hours later to clean our very clogged gutters. It had been a few years since they were cleared. I would estimate about 30 lbs. of debris in an hour. Now the water has somewhere to go other than just cascading off the roof. Thanks Mike and Teresa!

Work carefully done - saw debris on roof and cleaned it up at no added cost. Very clean work.

Performed all work in a professional manner and thoroughly cleaned all gutter debris and waste from site. Performed extra work (removing most mildew/mold on exterior of gutter) at minimal cost and was conscientious about his attention to detail and concern for property (ensured windows were closed prior to spraying gutters, plants not exposed to any chemicals used, etc.). Highly recommended and will probably use for window cleaning in the future.

Mike called me shortly after I purchased a package for gutter cleaning through Angie's list, and when I couldn't respond right way, followed up with a message on the Angie's List site. He came over early on the day he cleaned the gutters, and did a very thorough job. I was very pleased with the service and would be happy to use him again.
