Jack was very helpful over the phone, he called me promptly when i inquired about gutter cleaning services. He was polite and friendly. Also knowledgeable, I have a two story home and that wasn’t a problem. He didn’t ask what size ladder he should bring like another company did. His company showed up on time as agreed and even let me know they were on the way! Do yourself a favor, skip all of the others and call Git ‘R Dun. You won’t be sorry!!

Was prompt and professional and congenital. Owner apparently enjoys working with consumers because it shows in his business posture.

Jack (owner) was very quick to answer any questions I had be either call or texts. He did everything he could to accommodate my scheduling needs. John (technician) confirmed appointment before showing up, arrived on time and was super polite. He was also super-fast in the work being performed. I was shown before and after pics to verify work completeness, since I'm obviously not getting up on a ladder that high LOL. I will be using them in the future and recommend them highly to other homeowners. Thank you for an outstand job!

Very easy and quick. I was able to get on their schedule for the following day. Jack made it easy to communicate however I preferred (call, email, text) and accepted several forms of payment. The price was fair, the job was quick, and John, the person who came out, was absolutely pleasant and thorough! Overall, this has been my best experience with hiring for gutter cleaning.

They did a great job. Friendly company. However, I was told that I would receive pictures of the job they did. Two weeks later I still have not received them. Owner responded and said he would have individual that did the job send the pictures but nothing. Now the owner doesn't even reply to my request. They do good work but customer service skills needs some work. My advice is to get the pictures before you pay the invoice.
