The day I spoke to them they said they might be able to stop by to provide an estimate the next day. I asked them to call first to ensure I was home. That day passed without them calling, and I have not heard from them at all.

We are very satisfied with the work performed. Jeff was excellent to work with and very professional. The work completed on the railing in the garage was much more than we anticipated. It looks great and is extremely sturdy. The newel post that was replaced mached the stain so close that from a distance I could not tell which one was replaced. We gave a B for responsiveness only because there was a delay in returning some phone calls, however the end result was worth the wait. The price was very reasonable also. We got what we paid for and then some.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and conscientious. This is the Fifth job they have done for us and it will not be the last.

These contractors are wonderful, hard workers. We were very pleased with all of their work. They were very thorough with measurements and preparations so once work began in went smoothly. Very competent and skilled and knowledgeble, I think these guys could tackle any project, and they also have good ideas. They are also honest and we left them alone to work in our home for several days. Their prices are very competetive and they don't charge you for all the little things that other contractors add in while they are working. We highly reccommend them. They also sell and install solar panels.
