FRANKLIN'S CONSTRUCTION

It started out with a bang and ended with a, well it hasn't ended because the cleanup was never done and I still have rebar mesh, a wheelbarrow full of trash, and chunks of concrete in my driveway. They came out to do the estimate on a Saturday morning and once we agreed upon a price, began working right away. They worked really hard and completed 90% of the job within 3-4 days. The work was done fine and the workers were very pleasant and friendly. The garage floor looks great. But then no one ever came back to clean up the leftover chunks of concrete or to pick up the trash left lying around. It's been several weeks since the work was completed and we've called twice asking them to come and please get their wheelbarrow and to clean up the rest of their stuff so that has definitely changed what would have been an "A" grade to a "C" experience. Very frustrating and disappointing after the other reviewer specifically mentioned how they cleaned up after that job.

They did excellent work on my patio. They gave the best estimate and stuck to it. They took care of the existing damaged areas and cleaned it up nice for me. They finished everything up just like new.
