Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads

Judge came out and fixed/cleaned out dryer vents so quickly! We have been trying to get our back to working order for weeks, and he came and saved the day! Thank you, Judge!

Phil and AJ were great. Phil booked the appointment and AJ executed the job. They found that the dryer exhaust hose was not placed properly. He redirected it to the proper location. AJ cleaned out the dryer hose and now the dryer sounds and drys like it is new.

They were prompt, professional, did above and beyond needed service. I will call them first everywhere I live. Their staff were all personable and gave the kind of service you would want for (treated how I think they would want to be treated) yourself. Respectful of home, cleaned after finished work and asked how I wanted them to dispose of trash after the replacement of dryer vent and hoses.

The technician was TJ Giles who performed excellent dryer vent cleaning.service for our home. He made recommendations for future things that can be done to prevent a dryer vent fire and prolong the life of our dryer. I would highly recommend TJ to provide service for your dryer vent.

Judge and TJ came to my house and completely revamped my Dryer Vent situation, and brought it up to code. They were both very nice, extremely polite, and did a great job. I no longer have to worry about my dryer vent being hazardous. I highly recommend this company, and you can rest assured you will get a good job!

James was very professional and thoroughly explained what we needed done. We had flexible vent tubing and it most definitely needed to be replaced. It was amazing the readings that he got before and after installing a new vent. I was comfortable with the entire process.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with Randal's professional and kind service. We hired Dryer Vent Wizard to do an annual maintenance check, replace a broken vent on the outside, the second floor, and replace our worn-out flex vent tubing. He was professional and very smart about the work, he recommended the best things and did not try and upsell us. I felt like his work was of the highest quality and the price for it was super economical! We are hiring them again and will receive future discounts with the VIP account we selected so we won't have to worry about tracking anyone else.

Knowledgeable, efficient and quick.

The "Big Box" store delivered a new dryer and the delivery person would not connect it to the existing wall duct because he said the duct work was not connected. I called Dryer Vent Wizard and James and Randall arrived punctually on Feb 26,2021. I explained what the delivery guy had said and how frustrated I was about what seemed to me to be a very simple install requirement. I had also watched numerous you tube videos on the subject which only reinforced my frustration about the delivery people not completing the set up. James immediately surveyed the situation, attached the tin connector to the wall opening with the clamp in the installation kit and then attached the other end of the vent tube to the dryer. We chatted the whole time as he explained every step. James and Randall were courteous, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this company and I commend James and Randall for their outstanding service.
