When we built our 2nd home, we called on Dennis to place the Termidor Terrmiticide around the perimeter of our yard along with the protocol required to ensure the soil had been treated properly. Dennis grew up in the Williamsburg area, so even though his company is based out of Newport News, he makes runs to Williamsburg to serve his longtime customers. I have never had to re-arrange my schedule when setting an appointment. I name the day and Complete Pest Management arrives on time. No windows of time to wait around - prompt! We didn't think we would look forward to seeing our Pest Control people, but our once a year catch up after the check around the house is always pleasant and we know Dennis really cares about us and the services he provides.
