Description of Work: Replacement of gas water heater in the attic. Old one was leaking, came out very next morning. Extremely hot day. They worked fast and were very knowledgeable. Not a drop of water leaked out during replacement. Impressive.

Description of Work: When they finally showed up, the employees did a good job of replacing a bathroom faucet. Their overall rating was downgraded because of management failure. What should have been a quick job turned into an all-day affair because management failed to assign someone to do the job. Had to wait until a crew was available later in the day after being scheduled for early morning.
