They were very responsive and in constant communication to let me know when exactly they were going to arrive. After taking a look at the leaking valve it was determined it was simply a loose packing nut. The fix was quick and simple. The guys that came out were friendly and very helpful.

The plumber that I use is Cassidy. I didn't get him from Angie's List, I got him from my electrician. He's real good. I had originally used him in 2013. He put in my mother's gas pack and hot water heater so that's how I got him originally. I used him formerly to hook up a gas fire over at my other property. I used him a couple of times since 2013, twice. He put some stuuf in the bathroom that he had to do. I'd say he's reasonable. His responsiveness is good to when you call him.

To do this work they had to remove a piece of wall in our bedroom to access the plumbing. At all times they were very courteous and worked to get the job done. When they finished all cleaning was done without hesitation . Very easy to deal with from first phone call to end of job. I will use them again for my next plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater was not working and leaking. Cassidy's responded quickly to an emergency call. The job was completed in a few hours. We received a 5% discount for being Angie list members, which was great! We were very pleased with the responsiveness and the job. I will call Cassidy's for future plumbing work.

I have used Cassidy Plumbing for work on a rental property. They have been extremely punctual and very responsive each and every time they have been called. They have identified the work needed to be done and made the corrections promptly and neatly. I have never had a complaint from the tenant following a visit by Cassidy Plumbing. I would certainly recommend them.

When I called I was told someone would be out right away. When Robert came in he looked at the job then said he had to make a call. He did not do this in front of me but went outside. When he came back he said his boss had told him to replace all the plumbing under the sink and to charge me $340. When I asked him why he said because I don't trust it. I told him that was ridiculous and to just attach the hoses. He then said he had to go to the store for parts as what he needed wasn't on the truck. That took about 20 minutes. When he came back he put on two couplings and a nut and that was all. He was at my house between 30 to 45 minutes. He then charged me $240. The next day one of the hoses was leaking so I called them back and they came and fixed it. I feel pretty ripped off and do not plan to ever use them again. This is the second time I have been disappointed with an A list contractor from Angies list.

The service went well. The price was about what I had expected, and the plumber came up with a way of rerouting the pipe that I hadn't considered. I feel like the plumbers went out of their way to make sure I felt the price was fair. My one criticism is that they weren't good about getting in touch as agreed upon: I had to call them when they said they'd call me. Still, I wouldn't have any problem recommending this plumber to a friend.

Punctual, friendly, got the job done!

I called Cassidy Plumbing on a Monday morning and was told that service would be completed that day-I was thrilled to hear about the promptness. Corey arrived around 2 in the afternoon and was very professional. I was quite nervous that the toilet I had purchased would not fit in the space and would stick out too much but Corey was quite reassuring and went over measurements with me. He removed the old toilet and was quite diligent about cleaning the old area. He installed the new one and I was so relieved that it fit so well. Corey removed the old toilet and packaging of the new toilet and even returned the sales receipt on the box the next day which I had forgotten to take off the box. Corey was polite, knowledgeable, courteous and outstanding in every way. I highly recommend Cassidy Plumbing!

I called on a Friday around 11:30, having cleared a clogged trap but being unable to reseal it properly. They told me they were on a job and would call in about an hour. They called promptly, I explained my plumbing problem, and they came to the house. The trap seal was broken, so they replaced the trap with new tab-style seals to make it easier for me to remove clogs. The repair and housecall cost $165. They were in and out within an hour, were friendly and professional.

They were able to fix the problem. There was a small issue of a fitting that they put on leaking, but they came back and fixed that.

Existing water heater was 16 yrs old, bought house 4 years ago, so decided to just replace it as I know it was well past it's useful life. Wanted to replace with same brand , but after discussing with Cassidy's decided to replace with a different brand. Reasoning, their experience with thousands of installs, reputation of the water heater company, warranty period was better and BTW: it was cheaper. Install only took about 45 minutes, they hauled away old one and cleaned up the area. Very friendly and professional technicians. I would highly recommend Cassidy's, I finally found a plumber I can trust.

The $165 was charged for the service call and work performed to snake out the drainpipe from our clothes washing machine. However, they were unsuccessful and feared that the pipe was broken underneath a concrete slab. Crew returned the next day and spent some time using various methods to try and clear the pipe to avoid the time and expense of breaking up the concrete. Their exhaustive search found no more clog, and the crew believed they had dislodged whatever had been there; but pipe was not cleared. Charles contacted the city to check the pipe from the street and there was a clog at the other end. Between the two blockages our drainpipe was finally cleared; and because it was the city's fault, Charles did not charge us for the work on the second day. As an aside, my father in law fell in our kitchen and all three of the workers were very helpful and solicitous of him even while they were in the middle of the job.

I said I had plans to go shopping with my wife, butt they could call me later and maybe we could meet. They did not call back so I hired another company to do the job.

My 14-year-old water heater was getting too hot and needed to be replaced. Cassidy plumbing came out the same day and replaced it with a new hot water heater._x000D_|

The the work went welt they were couteous.

We originally called Cassidy's because of the broken outside water spigot --- we had seen water dripping ont he back of the house and dsicovered a large crack in the base of the spigot. Because Cassidy's is thorough and inspects EVERYTHING, in their inspection of the piping, they discovered a leak and water damage in our crawl space. Thankfully, it was discovered early (no wood rot) and they were able to trace the cause to the kitchen drainpipe (corroded). We have used Cassidy's many times over the past 3 years and have been happy with their service and prices.

We were extremely satisfied with the assistance and service Cassidy's provided. They responded to our call and came to the house very quickly, even though we did not have an emergency - just a hot water heater that was leaking a little and needed to be replaced before it really sprung a leak. They kept us updated regarding the availability of a water tank that would be suitable, took away our old tank, and were very careful not to let the old water heater/tank leak onto our floors. Our water heater/tank was located in our attic on a second floor, yet they did not complain about having to carry a tank upstairs or downstairs.

They were awesome. I give them all "A's". They were on time and professional. There has been no problems since they did the work.
