+ -1 moreRichard did a wonderful job. He shows us samples railings, made recommendations, was very careful in measuring and in installation. Price was right . No problems with it at installation , everything cleaned up and it looks great. He is very busy and in demand so we had to wait several weeks for the project to be complete but he finished in a day and it was well worth the wait.
Description of Work: We needed wrought iron rails for the steps in the front of our house and for the steps leading from the garage to the house.

+ 0 moreIt was a very delightful experience. The owner puts forth effort into maiking everything right before he leaves. He was very fair about the pricing and let us know if there were changes along the way. We had great communication from the beginning which is very important when you are doing any project.
Description of Work: This is a very professional company that pays attention to details. We had handrails installed on our front stoop. When the owner came out initially, we went over everything in detail concerning what we wanted. He had multiple selections to choose from and we custom designed what we wanted from that. We also had a handrail installed on our garage steps. We were very pleased with the final product but even more so with the professionalism and that includes communication and the meticulous effort the owner puts forth to deliver a first rate product. We were hesitant to choose someone from the peninsula because we live in Virginia Beach but after trying to call several companies at the Beach, we never had any one return our calls. We decided that if people don't want our business, we would give it to someone who returned our calls and put effort into responding. We could not be happier and have had many favorable comments from neighbors about how nice the railings look on the house.

+ -1 moreHe did the job in the rain. He put up a tent over the top of the railing and they worked in the rain. This guy was amazing. Not only did he do beyond my expectations but he showed up in the rain to make sure the job would get done before they moved in. It is really gorgeous. He and his family has been doing 50 years. Family owned business and beautiful work. I had a gutter in the back of my house he arched around my gutters and anchored it into the wall.
