Was installed wrong without needed gaskets and essential parts. Left unit in an unworkable/dangerous condition. Called 4 times over several weeks no return call or fix. I called a local heat and air guy and it cost over $1800 to fix/correct Cannon's unprofessional service. I used this company several times with no problems, but was a complete failure.

They came up with an innovative solution to my problem by switching the condensers. They gave me good advice on what unit to get and didn't try to oversell me. The unit has been working flawlessly and they cleaned up well after themselves. I had received several estimates and they had very competitive prices. They also coordinated well with the company that installed a generator and this saved us some money because of the gas line work. What sold me on them is the fact that they were competitive in price and they offered the innovative solution and knew their business. They even have great follow up service in that when the heater went out soon after the installation, due to a faulty part, my wife called them and they were out within an hour.

They were not pushy at all. The person came in and gave an honest estimate and left the decision up to us. He didn't come across as salesy, but only explained what he would put in his home and what would suit our needs best. He was an overall nice guy and the job went very well from beginning to end!
