Bush's Electric Company

Mr. Bush showed up right in time. He was very cordial and professional. It took him about three hours to fix both problems. I had the $99 coupon, so it cost another $125, which I thought was most reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for an electrical work I need done. I could not recommend him more highly.

Recommend discussing beforehand the issues to be addressed & also determine if parts would be needed. Went well but was not a major job. Gentlemen were friendly & professional. They did have to leave to purchase a replacement light assembly as a part was bad, however, would have liked to have gotten close to the same style as it resulted in two holes in ceiling.

The state of the art receptacle which I had purchased was not usable due to the shallow 1978 circa metal box. This task was completed to my satisfaction with the use of a new standard outlet for now. I was satisfied that they took extra care to be sure that the outlet was grounded and insulated from the box. The light fixture installation by Andrew went smoothly and professionally. This is mostly what you can expect from electrical work done well.

It went GREAT! Andrew and his assistant were very professional and promptly went to work removing the fans. They were extremely efficient and thorough; the final results were beautiful. I was very impressed with the final product and with both Andrew and Fred. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew Bush for all your electric needs, and plan on hiring him again myself!

Finally I have the proper lighting and power for my outside fixtures.....and I will be having Mr. Bush replace my main circuit breaker box which is from 1964.

Extremely well, the lamp looks great and has led lights. Install was a barghain for only $39 Big Deal, (I had purchased the lamp earlier at LOWE's for $50)

Thrilled with the service provided. Scheduled appointment late in the day to match my availability. Called to confirm day before and again when they were on their way. Diagnosis was quick (insect damage to outside outlets had shorted circuit also affecting outlet by back door). Bush's replaced the two outdoor outlets, and then broadened investigation to other outdoor outlets finding them still working but also evidence of insects. So they replaced two more outlets for just the cost of parts. Even checked out my breaker panel and gave me a tutorial. I have since referred Bush's to two neighbors who both hired them, reporting back they were pleased with the service provided.

It could not have gone better! Mr. Bush and his team were prompt, polite and they did not mind answering questions that I has. Most importantly, they stayed true to their estimate which was extremely fair given the work that was done. Amazing work and excellent staff. I would recommend and would hire them again without thinking twice.

Great. Lights fixed fast. Figured out that GFI citcuit was inop and fixed that. Outside socket was diagnosed, rewired, and covered correctly with a waterproof box. Took a while but they persisted and fixed it all.

They were unable to install the second out which was for a freezer because the amp draw from the freezer would exceed code for any existing power source. I elected to not use the only option which would have been to run conduit along the wall from the breaker panel. The did install one outlet and it looks great. My only complaint is that they charged $75.00 for a GFI outlet and 20amp breaker which I could have picked up locally for less money. Still the work was done well and I would hire them again.

Mr Bush was fast, efficient, and professional... all of the things I appreciate in an electrician. He arrived on-time, listened to my description of the problem, and within a few mins had diagnosed that the problem was the type of outlets the builders had used on the exterior of my house. He explained to me that the older type of outlet was susceptible to water getting behind it, and even pulled one of the old metal boxes out of the wall to show me how it had rusted through (it was starting to disintegrate!). He replaced both exterior outlets with a new waterproof outlet with a cover, and reset the GCFI switch. I will be using Bush's Electric again, and highly recommend them

I was super impressed with this company. This was the first time I've ever dealt with any type of contractor ever, and they were a good experience. On time, professional, gentlemanly, even NICE and courteous! They even cleaned up after themselves, and offered me a drywall anchor when they heard we'd broken one putting up curtains. Will definitely hire them for future needs.

I purchased a "Big Deal" from Angie's List ... 2 electricians for 4 hours of work. The owner and an employee came out to do the work. They were very efficient and got the job done. I would use Bush's Electrical again.

We selected Mr. Bush because of a recommendation from a neighbor and his Angie's List special which included a home electrical system check out, and we found him professional and personable. He came just after a big snow storm when some others would not. I trust his advice and will definitely use him again.

Replacing something like that can be stressful but I had no worries at all calling Bush's Electric. This is by far THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. Everything is explained out in detail and the work done is quality work, done right the first time. They obtain the permit and handle it all from start to finish. I have used them before but I just cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about them. They are on my list as one of the top in the industry and if they performed any other services, I would call them for those too!! Trust, professionalism, price is more than fair, and they are family owned and operated. You can't beat them. I am grateful for this company. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!!!!!

Most jobs went better than expected. However as I have indicated above the is one on going issue that Mr. Bush now refuses to respond. My last voice message I indicted that if I did not receive a return call within 24 hours I would fill a complaint. I really did not want to do this as Mr. Bush is a good electrician but he just refuses to respond to my calls.

Mr. Bush and his assistant were very thorough in diagnosing the problem. His estimated price to fix it was very fair. I had them do the work. They rewired the living and room brought it up to code. And I am so pleased with the results. They were very professional. And when finished, they cleaned up every speck of dust and depris. It is so nice to now have an electrician I can count on. Outstanding service, once again. I found Bush's Electric Co. through Angie's List, and now keep their business card on file...they are my "go to" electricians. I purchased the full day (8 hr) coupon due to the extensive work (or 4 hrs for 2 electricians), and it covered all the work I needed done. The foyer light was the biggest challenge, due to 18 ft ceiling height, and much larger light fixture going in. Andrew got up there and noted that the existing mount was plastic and far too weak, and then got right to fixing us up with a metal mount and a 2 x 4 to ensure the new light was properly supported. They were very careful and precise in their work, even straightening the chain links so they weren't bunched and smoothing the wire inside. They were quick and professional on the new kitchen pendant lights, the new dining room chandelier, as well as the 6 outside lights I needed installed. So professional and enjoyable to work with. You just can't go wrong with them.

The work was fine, it just wasn't two hours worth of work as advertised. He was friendly, polite and seemed professional. Only he surprisingly showed up with a helper and did an hour worth of electric labor. They had misleading advertising. I think I would have gotten more out f him if he came alone and just stayed the whole two hours he was expected to be here. I would use them again in the future but I would do so knowing its only really for an hour.
