Description of Work: No one told me that that to fix a bathroom fixture, it would need to be replaced. They told me this when they arrived. There were two men who would work for an hour for $99.00. Since there was no way for me to go and buy fixtures within an hour, I paid my money and got nothing. I'm not sure if the fault was with Angie's list or with the contractor, but it's all the same to me. I wasted $99.00.

Description of Work: Ceiling fans installed. $99 was the tip of the iceburg. That is the ploy to them in the door. They left holes in the walls.

Description of Work: It was my first time using Angie's List. After contacting Bush Electric Mr Bush responded quickly to my initial enquiry and came to provide a quotation for the work. On the day of the appointment Andrew and his colleague arrived on time. They were polite, professional and friendly. They replaced two smoke alarms ,two vanity light units in the bathrooms, installed a new light fitting in the Dining room and rewired a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The quality of their work is excellent. I would not hesitate to use Bush Electric again and would be happy to recommend them.

Description of Work: Fixed power outage in one room of our house... Was able to trouble shoot outage quickly and fixed problem efficiently. Very nice to do business with. Will definitely recommend and use them AGAIN!!!

Description of Work: Hooked up a bathroom fan; trouble shot my outside outlets - fixed and replaced some outlets. |Mr Bush came with an hour to work and all I had to do was point out what I wanted-- he was up in my attic (hot day); outside on the outlets & took the time to give me an estimate on further work. |I had a previous experience and I had sticker shock but I would use mr Bush for any electrical work.

Description of Work: TV mounted on wall and cable cords hidden. TV mounting went well. Our cords are hidden through our wall. Only one person was working on wall mount, so we ended up going over the two hours and paid more. TV looks great and we would use Bush's Electric in the future!

Description of Work: I purchased 2 hours of electrical service. I had them remove an existing light fixture and replace it with a ceiling fan. They removed a standard light switch and installed a push-button type switch to control the fan and light attachment. While they were upstairs with a ladder, I also asked them to change the light bulbs in a light fixture that we cannot reach with our ladder. They even changed some other bulbs in the upstairs hallway without being asked! They were courteous, professional, and I will definitely use them again when I need an electrician!

Description of Work: Called on a Saturday morning when GFI went bad. Are selling house so needed fixed immediately in event buyers came by -- he came within 20 minutes, fixed problem and did not charge an arm and a leg.
